Bruce Porter papers : additions, circa 1918-1953.

Letters written by him to his wife, Margaret (James) Porter, to his son, Robert Bruce and daughter-in-law Paula, to his brother-in-law William James, Jr. and wife Alice, and to his brother Robert C. Porter; letters to him from his wife, his mother-in-law Alice G. James, and from Louise Imogen Guiney; poems by Porter; sketches and photographs of Santa Barbara home. Included also: letters, 1900-1922, written by Mrs. Porter to her parents, William and Alice James, some of them commenting on visits with her uncle, Henry James; typed transcripts of letters, 1869-1915, written by Henry James to members of his family; letters written to Mrs. Porter by her brother, Henry; a few letters written by William James, Jr. to members of his family.
